Hello everyone, after 1 year and 2 months of perseverance, I had my first real experience.
I meditate lying about 45 minutes, I turn to the side to take a nap.
I wake up and I am aware that I sleep. I have a shifter in hand, I feel its texture, hardness, and I can shift gears, I hear the noise of the trucks I double but I see nothing. I'm having to slow down and speed up ... Then I clearly say this is a good time to get out of my body. So I say: "Now I go out of my body" as W.Buhlman.
Something grabbed my hips and I now see my room. My lower body towards the ceiling and then I think I'm possessed, I try to extract "these hands" to finally land at side of my bed.
I open my eyes and quietly Wow, I was so aware. I'd do that every day.
It was a lucid dream or obe?
Fantastic, well done. You persevered and eventually you got there. Keep practicing so you will have more experiences.
Congrats for your first experience. Well done. Keep it up. If you are aware that you were dreaming then yes, it was a lucid dream.
Thank you very much for your encouragement.
I think I understood Roman67. I have not dreamed, I knew I was lying on my bed but I was also aware that in the physical life.
This may be the difference between a lucid dream and obe.

It's hard not to get caught up in what people say are the differences between the two but wait until you have some more experiences before you decide for yourself. Skeptics say that all or our experiences are just regular dreams. There's no such thing IMO.
We all have to decide what makes sense to us personally but I would lean to calling what you just described an OOBE.
The difference for me was when you were aware that you were dreaming and made an active attempt to change your surroundings and it worked! Your dream became lucid while you were driving the truck and then it became an OOBE when you shifted back to your room. This is how I apply my personal standard but you may choose to do so differently. It really makes no difference.
thank you, your explanations are clear and precise.
