Hey.

I'm happy to say that today, I had my First Intentinal AP.  As opposed to my otheres (I've had about 30 or so)   I can tell when I am most Capable of getting the "Vibrations".  It is a state where I'm kinda tired, and kinda day Dreamish State.

SO, I was sitting there, doing my eMail, and I noticed that I felt like this, and in the back of my mind, I thought, "Hmmm...I should try now."  So, I shut the computer down, and laid there.  I did a couple exercises.  Tightening the muscles in your body, and relaxing them.  After doing that a few times, I then starated the visualization of hands starting from the feet up to stimulate the Chakras (sorry if spelled wrong).  

Then as I began to doze off, I heard those Lovely Voices that let me know I'm on my way.  Then finally it happened the Intense Buzzing/Vibration sound in your head.  I found it a little hard though, I don't know if its because I was Trying or because its been a few months since my last Good AP, but I finally managed to get out.  

It was Really DARK!  I couldn't see much, and I began floating  towards the Ceiling Almost Immdiately!  I thought to MySelf, "Man, its been  awhile!" cuz it was hard to control.  I felt like a Big Parade Balloon!  I was just kinda bouncing Around up there.  Then I finally got some control, and tried to land.  I landed alright, but I think I landed to close to My Physical Body, and got sucked back in!!!  And that was it.... A very brief AP.  But, at least It was Intentional, which was what I wanted when I Shut the Computer Down.  So, I look at it as a Success!

Usually when I get out, I'm so Happy, and just Shoot Straight Up Into the Air, and Fly around as fast as I can, cuz its so much fun!  (the others probably laugh at this, and think..."Ah, theres another Newbie!)  lol
