I have yet to archieve a full astral projection but I do have the Vibrations most of the time .
I really enjoy them because It is a feeling that can not be induced by antything but meditation.
The furthest that I have ever In obe was after a lot of vibrations the feeling of floating in a sea with my temperature fluctuating it was the best feeling I have ever experienced and I am still trying to reach it again .
PS that was when this year when I just became 16
