Yoko: what an introduction to OOBEs! I've imagined that exact situation. It seems there are more than a few people who have been introduced to the other side through  trauma.

How long did it take you to have your next, hopefully less traumatic, OOBE? What are some of your other experiences?

My first expierence happened to be an NDE(Near Death Expierence)
I had not even known what astral projection was. I had just been hit by a car and found myself above my body. I thought I was dead! I only returned to my body after about 15 seconds while OOB. It was that month I got intrested in OOBE's and AP's. Course I had to wait because Its hard o relax with a broken jaw[:D]
