Hello!
It ocured unplanned during a daytime nap twice in 2-3 days interval. I read a lot of OBE literature and am familiar with symptoms and had some lucid dream experience. Anyway, this is what happened:
1st time:
Hot summer day... I had a dream with a slightly aggressive character (somebody was pressing my body and lightly hitting me). It is when I realized I was napping and used that pressure to exert it on my astral body --> dream stopped, strong acceleration feeling, loud noise, after a while: I could then move myself very freely away from the body (first hands, than the rest of the body). Obviously I was very excited about that! I was like: WOW! But still concentrated ;)
The main problem was: My sight was very blurry and only a small spot in the middle was more or less focused from time to time... that's why I couldn't recognize anything around me :(
I was afraid to forget this, so I returned quickly back to myself... and was unusually fresh in mind when got up :)
The whole thing lasted for a minute or so... maybe longer... cant tell
2nd time (a couple of days later):
This happened when I was recovering after a cold. Daytime nap, and as usual, I suddenly realize myself napping (this time without a dream). Used a rope technique to exert a pressure --> strong acceleration, vibrations, noise and a feeling of a very heavy body --> astral body separation (first hands, then the rest) as well as any movement felt not free, but viscous.
This time I could not see anything: there was a completely black screen in front of me... but could still move around... :(
As before, i was afraid to forget this, so returned back after about 5 minutes, when returning: strong acceleration and loud noises...
Please comment this and especially on that problem with sight...

I'm extremely new at this but i think you have to say/think "clarity now" im sure someone else could be more specific, seeing as how i didnt know anything about AP untill i stumbled across this site a few days ago..
