Awesome dude!  I had my first OBE about a week ago.  I don't think it was conscious exit, but I'm unsure.  (Lucid dream, then snap back to physical, and then a conscious sit up exit).  So, that is conscious-exit, I think.

Congrats, just don't call it spontaneous cause you have worked for it and it happens however it will, just remember to BE AWARE!

hello to the people :D

i had my first real time obe last night  (bar earlier not-to-vivid-nor-clarified-obe)   it was spontaneous   (sigh)   from a dream,   the dream was strange as i was speaking to  someone who clamed to be the angel   of death,   after he said that  i  thought  am  I  the angel of life????  

as soon  as i asked myself  that....WOOOOSHHH  i became aware and zoomed up extremely fast.   Funny/naive as it sounds  i thought i really was the angel of life (???)  and that because i realised this,  my mission on earth was done (i was fully aware by the way)

but as i came to my senses i realised i had merely left my body,  and was not ascending to godhood.  
I stumbled out of bed and  crashed into my  guitar amp,  all i could think was "this IS really happening WOW!!!!!"  i looked at my hands and they melted,  then i jumped up in the air and  again i got stuck like in my first obe-ish  experience,   then i returned to my body....

I am still  a bit miffed that it was spontaneous,  i  am itching to get out and learn  by my own free will.
