My wife had her first spontaneous AP 2 weeks ago.

Hi guys, so I posted one of my wife's strange experiences from about a year ago.. Now here is an experience she had 2 weeks ago.

Just as a background, unlike me, she has not studied or cared about astral projection her whole like or at all. She told me that at night when she was sleeping, she found herself floating over her body and looking down at it. She said that she was facinated at ow her body looked cause it did not look like her physical body. When she described it to me, I knew she was talking about her ethereal body. She described that her face looked sort of bluish with a slight glow and its like she saw just she details of her face but not the whole thing.. She also mentioned she looked younger. She said that she was not dreaming because everything was so real.. And she has heard me talk about astral projection before many times so she began thinking that maybe that what was was happening. She also said she was worried she had died at one point also.. The whole time while staring at her body and trying to figure out what was going on for sure. She said that she felt as though she was being pulled slowly and lightly towards her body but was trying to stay out. She also said that she heard a male voice to one side of her saying "hey! Hey!" i asked her if she saw anybody and she said that she did not look because she was too fixated on her ethereal body. So I guess whatever was calling her, she just ignored it... Anyways soon after that she ended up being slowly pulled back in and opened her eyes and it was over.

I asked her if the voice sounded bad and she said no, it just sounded like a male voice speaking normal. I wonder if that was an actual entity, or just an exit side affect,, but it is my understandng that voices and wierd distracting sounds are normally heard during the exit and hat after you actually exit, those go away which makes me wonder who this was that was calling her!

Anyway, i probed her trying to get any and all info I could and I am jealous because she did this without even trying when I havent been able to yet haha. The thing that makes it worse is even though she says it was amazing,, she doesnt seem to care enough to actually concentrate on trying to do it intentionally which I just cant understand. Anyways I just wanted to share this and I for one, hope she has another spontaneous AP so she can tell me all about it. I told her next time to try to look at my body..

Ps. She was asleep on the couch and I was in the bed.. She sleeps on the couch temporarily to be close to our newborn son.

Try not to get upset when your wife ap's and does not even try.  That used to happen to me a long time ago but not any more.  I have to make an effort for it to happen.  She does not seem to be worried about whether she ap's or not.  I would concentrate on yourself and try to ap and not to worry about her.
