Mysterious Astral...Companion?

Ok i just submitted another experience of mine and was reminded of this...female...that seems to be in a lot of my experiences. I was wondering if maybe you guy's had any idea of what it might be or mean. I'll list a few experiences in SHORT detail to give you an example.

1.) I was paralyzed in this orange mountainous area...the rocks were grey but the sky was orange...it was very desolate and dreary. However, it was almost like i was waiting for a Dr's Appointment. I laid there just waiting and then these 2 beings approached me, 1 older gentlemen and 1 woman  (My mysterious companion) . She just looked down on me as the older gentleman went to work on me...he reached his hand inside my stomach (I could feel the pressure like someones hand was literally in my stomach). He did what he had to do, she left with the older gentleman and then they vanished...after they vanished...i could move again and i ran off into the distance which then faded off into a dream i can't recall.

2.) *This full experience is listed on the site if you're interested in reading it...the title is Another Memorable Experience* I had met with a spirit whom i knew in a previous life, in this case, this spirit i was meeting with was going to incarnate as my niece (She's born now fyi). I saw the same woman in my peripherals standing next to me but i wasn't alarmed she was there, in fact i wasn't even really interested in her.  I didn't even realize it was her until i woke up and analyzed the experience after the fact...as soon as i remembered that it instantly clicked...it's that woman again!

3.) I was in a school courtyard type of setting...there was a gaggle of people talking and they were getting ready to go to class. I had no where to go so i walked around campus. The setting was almost like i was visiting a school that i had graduated from sometime in the past. I walked into the building and there were 3 people talking, 2 i didnt recognize whom looked like concerned parents and then there was the mystery woman. She looked at me and we made eye contact, she smiled, for the first time since ive seen her in all of my experiences with this woman in my dreams. We held eye contact and i smiled back, she went back to answering the other peoples questions and i continued to walk through the school.

So as you can see, that's at least 3 different dream/vivid experiences that i've had this same woman in. I don't really even get any kind of feelings towards as to what she might be. I just know she's a blonde woman, looks about mid 20's maybe early 30's. Brown eyes. Very pretty....but that's it. Any suggestions?

 Ask her what's  this all about. She can answer that question much better than we can! 

I find that "repetition" makes becoming conscious in a LD much easier. This morning I had one where I was looking for a place I had been before. I have never been there in this physical reality, but have had other LD experiences there. It was funny though because as soon as I got within about 500 miles of the place, my awareness kicked in to high gear and I got anxious to find this place again.

The same woman showing up again and again could kick your awareness into gear as well. But, she could be a "guide" too. That leads me back to my initial suggestion. Ask her!

The instant you see her you will become very aware. This is something that occured in my earlier days once I became proficient in most things NP related. The purpose as far as I could tell was for me to recognise the object and immediately gain full awareness.  This obviously led to many adventures that may have been a simple dream had I not seen the object.
Your mind is set up to accept this girl and the recognition will start to trigger your awareness in 3 weeks of noticing her repetitive presence.
Keep yourself primed and set the intent on full awareness should you see her. Then do some affirmations or whatever you can to try and program yourself to dream about her.
Your nocturnal adventures will be increased drastically.
Is there something else related to her already?
This would then be a subconcious process setting things in motion. You'd know what the catch is though from previous encounters.

When you wrote this, it reminded me of a similiar experience, & what was taken out of me. In dream, was a silvery metal bug like thing. Anyone every experience that? or seen them before? I had a similiar one years ago, that i'd found it during AP, but then lost it. It was also associated with someone in my life then.
