Ok so i kinda feel like im having trouble picturing where i want to go. But heres my experience first, i have had a little more than 10 of these and i never get there. I get relaxed, sooner or later i get the vibes, cant really feel my body, and then i get this huge overwhelming feeling throughout my body, my heart is pulsing like no other and i feel scared for some reason. That might have something to do with why i cant do it, when i get to that feeling its scary to where i feel like i may die lol. Maybe if i can picture right and overcome this fear i can do it. I tried the rope and couch technique but i cant seem to picture that well either. help?
Maybe you should do more protection and think about your spirit guide being right there with you through the whole thing. You need to calm down... we don't want you having a heartattack for no reason! :-)
