Never expreinced anything like this before

Hello everybody, hows it going.

Weird thing hap pend bout two weeks ago, well 2 weird things

1. i was falling asleep in my room, and just as i got to sleep i woke up very afraid and my heart was going, but i mean i wasn't asleep for more than 20 seconds (know that for a fact cos i have a clock right next to me) and i dint recall having a night mare, and this hap pend about 3 or 4 in a row.

then maybe 2 or 3 days later.

2. Now i have had sleep paralysis b4, but nothing quite like this, it was the usual thing of waking up to find that i could not move (i kind of like the feeling now), but then i heard a distant ringing, and it got louder and louder, and the thing is the harder i tried to hear the louder it became as if it where sensing i was trying to hear it and adjusting its volume, this wasn't bad but at one point it got so loud and there was loads of pressure on my head, i thought it was going explode, then i could move and the ringing went away, this also hap pend 3 or 4 times in a row

Anyone had similar experiences, and can explain this to me, you input would be greatly appreciated.

cant say i had a similar experience in terms of the ringing but i can say that often i will hear things in sleep paralysis like voices or cackaling (dont ask me) and the more i try to hear it the more i do hear it. perhaps its because we are closer to another state of consciousness where what we think is manifested.

ive had the same experience with the pressure in my head, I thought my head was surely going to explode!!!!  IT was the most insane pain I have ever experienced.  I got up afterwards and looked in the mirror, thinking for that all the bloodvessels on my face and in my eyes had to be broken.  Only happened to me once, and I dont have an explination.
