Not exactly Astral projecting....Am I?

Well last night I tryed the old technique of drawing an X,
I felt really warm when I started and felt tingles in both feet.


I also see something weird when centrating  into the mirror,
I would see a white shadow-like appearance..but then again it could be just eye damage or something else....anyone know of this crazy happenings to me for this? Sometimes I fear even looking to long in the mirror wich is pretty sad cause of this.

Ever see your face changing when looking into the mirror? I used to do that when I was bored. Just a trick of the eyes.

On the subject of mirrors, I had a brief moment of lucidity in a dream last night wherein I found myself staring at one (my bathroom mirror in fact, although for some reason I could only see my head) and "fighting for control" over what I was seeing. I could see myself but my face was morphing into numerous other ones. I kept telling myself that I was in control of it but after about 10 seconds either woke up or stopped remembering.

On that note, I also have an irrational fear of mirrors in certain contexts. Only when they're opposite one another and it creates that infinite number of reflections. Why, I don't know.

You say you saw a white silhouette. Did it have any distinguishable form?

Humanoid or just a shapeless blob?

All I know is this sounds crazy but it is not 'my appeared face',
I see darkness and sometimes will see some-sort of entity.

Always happens when looked into a mirror (even with light). I will always fear of mirrors and of looking at them for more than 10 secounds.

i had a lucid dream where i happened to walk past a mirror in my room but it was on a different wall and i looked into it and my face was like changing and i said cool and walked into the living room.
