Not wanting to come back and feeling bad

The only two persons I know who astral traveled told that they didn't want to come back in their bodies and that they felt bad from 3 days to 1 month. According to them they either stayed too long in astral (up to 3 days) or they didn't come back "perfectly". They highly recommended being guided by an experienced person.

Is it something someone experienced ?

Is it possible for someone to help us coming back in shaking our body or in another way ?

There is so much misinformation about your post, I honestly don't know where to begin really...

The "people" you're talking to are either lying or they simply don't have even the foggiest idea of what they're talking about.

For the most part though, anyone who gets upset about not being able to remain in the non-physical has some seriously psychological issues HERE which they need to deal with first before they ever consciously project.

It is not possible to stay in the astral for up to three days unless you are in a coma or something else similar.    They were probably exaggerating.

Why wouldnt it be possible??  People can sometimes go without food and water for a week or more.
They found some kid in that Haiti earthquake who had gone without water for 8 days

I guess anything is possible but it would be impossible to address this without talking to the people you refer to for further clarification of what they actually meant.

So just to answer you, a guide is not necessary. You can learn on your own and you will always return safe and sound. Perhaps changed or bearing new views or questions about existence but you will return unharmed.

Because a full focus AP, meaning you can no longer be aware of your physical body, means that your physical body is physically asleep and the senses are temporarily shut down. However, when the physical body naturally awakens,  your senses are awaken and you will automatically refocus here whether you want it or not. So, unless these people were asleep for three days without awakening then perhaps yes, but I don't think this naturally is possible.
If anyone believes  or fears AP drains your energy then this is how they will feel after that, because the belief or fear themselves manipulate our energies and will do just that. If you belief that you will be energized and feel good, then you will. You see, our thoughts manifest accordingly.
As far as wanting to come back while you are there, I personally have thought about that during APs and did not care if I would, but I didn't have a feeling that I did not want to go back, even my most exciting APs. One time, my AP was so long that at some point I thought that my body had died, but that did not seem to scare me or concern me at all. While here, that would get me worried, because I am thinking about the pain that will case my family.
So, bottom line, I highly doubt the claims these people are making.

It is possible people can survive but most people do not.   This is extreme circumstances of people trying to survive.   I doubt these people are trying to survive.   If you are healthy and active it is extremely unlikely that you will be sleeping for up to three days.   I would think you would wake up to go to the toilet or some other need.  Just my opinion.

Another thing mentioned in some reading after having an experience that tends to change ones thinking and awakens them or such they do tend to come back reluctantly but usually are taught something that makes them understand so they are no longer reluctant about it...
Monroe had such an experience I remember where he visited "home" but it did not feel right so he left a bit sad and a bit reluctant but he knew he had to. Kurt Leland went through a healing or a sort of operation for a higher body that left him physically exhausted for a day or so. And the through some peoples writing about non human consciousness who spend time here then have an NP experience and find out where tend to become homesick which leaves them exhausted for a while.

I would have to agree with most people here then it is impossible unless you are physically sick, in a coma, or something. Most I have ever slept was for about 12 hours and I was sick after doing a lot of physical work but after that I got up to use the restroom and eat and then would read a book or something as it was hard to go to sleep after sleeping so much. My mother slept for longer periods of time but that was during her stay at a hospital on all sorts of medication for being in an accident.

Just saying... but no, they didn't.  The only "Fact" here is that they lied to you.
It certainly wouldn't be the first time someone lied about being able to do absurd things regarding projecting. 
And it probably won't be the last.
