You are so hard with yourself. There is no need.

OBEs can be very educational and so they should be, but what is wrong with some exploratory fun? Besides, your experience sounds like a great OBE to me.

I can't say it often enough to the people out there. Relaaaaaaaaax....
...and everything will become much easier.
