WOOOW!!  All that and it was only 5 minutes???

My last lucid dream (2 weeks ago) lasted 5 minutes.  That's a pretty long time in the astral world.

Good for you MajorTom

Thanks Stephen. It`s a good feeling to be back on track.

I think I will rely more on my `helper` for travel in the future.

Only recently I have been starting to accept help in OBE`s. I`m still not fully comfortable, which must be why he takes off quickly [:)]

Hi MajorTom,

I have also been aware of helpers but more often clairvoyantly during guided journeys. This occurs when I have been still conscious of being in body while observing the scenes (moving or static) and helpers sometimes grace me with images of themselves in the clothes of their old human forms. For instance my gatekeeper (for the sake of a more suitable label) appears as a bearded Templar Knight. Whether they come as aspects of the greater self or whatever I do not know as yet and can only but speculate as it were.

I suppose the thing about helpers is building a mutual relationship of trust. For instance the working with mental mediumship has enabled me to develop confidence in what they allow to bring forward in terms of contact with other spirit beings. From experience, sitting for spirit (similar to a god consciousness state) helps to develop ones own power and confidence and enables discernment when any spirit interlopers come through for instance. Similarly I have been aware of helpers while having or what I thought I had as astral journeys. Although not always aware in terms of actually seeing them, as I more normally have been aware of a guiding presence and their thoughts come to mind when say being shown particular scenarios especially the more profound ones as say learning experiences.

Good luck on your next voyage.

Stephen
