Greetings,

There is many people who had experiences similar to yours.

I would suggest you to check out Astral Consciousness sticky topics. You will find a lot of a good info there. Choose the AP method you like and practice it. I hope this helps.

Regards,

Osiris.

"OBE experience or not?"

You must work at the Department of Redundancy Department. "Out of Body Experience experience or not?" And you posted this thread twice.

this sounds like the start of an astral projection. in order for you to be able to project you must overcome your fears and realise that nothing can hurt you while you project.

Hello,

Something strange has been happening to me for the last 10 years or so. This only happens when I sleep on my back. If I sleep in any other position, I am fine. Here is a short description of what happens to me when I sleep on my back.... Basically, I fall asleep and then a strange humming sound is heard. It's like I am dreaming but awake. I guess you could say that I see through my eyelids. It's kind of fuzzy. I then start to feel like there is a presence around and the presence is getting closer and closer to me. I am paralyzed and cannot move. The presence is very strong and sometimes approaches right close to my face (within six inches or so). It's a pretty scary feeling. I force myself to wake up. Sometimes I feel like there is more than one presence. I thought for a while that I might be getting visited by something (possibly aliens) out there. I tthen came across a psychic who told me that I was probably astral projecting. This is all new to me. I would like to try and sleep on my back but what should I do from there? Has anyone undergone anything similar?
