I was trying to project ,and got far this time .

By far i mean i felt that my body was loosing weight and i felt relaaxed , i started to hear my name . It was like someone was saying my name repeatedly at a high rate speed ... . It didnt sound aggressive thought , and it was a girl .

I woke up immediately ... think i was scared.

First i need to understand so i would appreciate if u guys could make it clear . What are these voices about ?

As you approach the border between the physical and nonphysical, you will start to sense/hear/feel/see things with your nonphysical senses.

In this case, you were hearing a voice calling your name, which is not uncommon so don't be alarmed.  I don't want to speculate as to who was calling out your name, as it could be any number of things (a guide, a spirit being, your higher self, etc).  Just "go with it" and try not to be alarmed.

It sounds like an hypnogogic hallucination. These occur on the border of sleep. They're nothing to worry about :).

The last time I heard 'one of those voices' it swooped from one side of my ear to the other, all it was saying was "the ring, the ring"

I've heard laughter and other sounds when trying to protect....

Yet I've also had lots of hallucinations etc. in a normal state, so I don't know what's going on.  Maybe a combination of things.

Sometimes I start dreaming before falling asleep or continue dreaming after I wake up.  It's pretty cool.  Too bad I didn't think about turning it into a lucid dream last time it happened.

Naturally when we are phasing in to obe from physical we are going to hear and see things we normally do not.

We are opening our 3rd/spiritual eye. This eye is what connects all of us together.

So if a spirit is thinking of you or trying to get your attention while you are meditating or slipping in to obe, you will hear or see a RV of them.

I didnt want to start a new topic for this 2 questions...

1. How do i get back to my body ?
2. If i see my body on the bed that means its an OBE and if i dont that means its a lucid dream ?  I read the FAQ but didnt understand to well

1. Don't worry about that. Just think about being in your body and that'll probably do the trick. One way or the other, you'll get back despite what you might do.

2. No, you can be having an OBE and not see your body on the bed. A lot of people report not seeing their body. They may be simply more "out of phase" with the physical. Just because details in your room don't look the same as in real life doesn't mean you're not having an OBE, either.

You will automatically be back when you start to wake up, start to dream, or just run out of steam.
I have never seen myself in a lucid dream but that doesn't mean anything. IMHO if you think you are OB you probably are-unless you really really really want to OBE and have a wish fullfillment dream- that was no help, was it?
