There is a great deal of information on this site on varying topics.
Look around at the various articles and go with your heart. See what really catches your interest.

If your interest is in OBEs, psychic abilities, or just a clearer, sharper mind, look to learning about your energy body, how you can develop it and how that interacts with your thoughts. If your interests are more along the lines of earth magic (or magik), herb lore or witchcraft, there are articles about these topics on the site, and many discussion posts by members in the forum as well. Make use of the search and advanced search functions, and I'm sure you'll find a lot of good info.

Hope you find something really interesting. Its much easier to learn something if you enjoy it.

Hello. This is my first post here at Astral Pulse forum, and i hope that i in time can become a contributing member to this community.

I don't have ANY experience in Astral or with OBE, and that's the mainreason i'm here..To learn.

So, where do i start?
