one entity looked like an angel without wings, a white male about seven feet tall with curly blond hair and extremely toned muscular condition with no body fat, wearing a white robe and exuding an aura of white light with a gentle and nonthreatening countenance. no words interestingly enough. more visual. it was a higher frequency being. i was about ready to attack him, but his nonthreatening appearance influenced me to stay any negative reaction.
First off why would you want to attack ANYTHING in the first place!? There are "Divine/Holy" beings out there and thats what you probably encountered. And its a good thing you didn't attack it as from your description of them it would seem they would easily handle any regular APer...

natural reflexes.
I don't agree with the notion of 'natural reflexes' as a justification for wanting to attack. You seem to suggest that you wanted to attack this 'being' simply because it was there as it certainly did not threaten you or do anything to make you feel that you were in danger. In instances where you do feel threatened by the malevolence of any entity you encounter, I think a far more productive way of dealing with the threat is to project a beam of pure unconditional love - dissipate the 'malevolence' in pure goodness. Apart from anything else, don't forget the universal law of like attracts like. If you radiate love, then so to will you attract it. I would not want to be in the astral having negative or aggressive thoughts or acting in such a manner, as you will attract like minded others to you. The most natural state for a human being is one of love. This is what we were created from and is what we will all ultimately return to. Kindness and love are far more effective 'weapons' and they are not harmful to you either!

i understand. i wasn't asking you to agree. please feel free to react to such experiences as best befits you.
I know you weren't. I guess I was just wondering why you thought 'attacking out of a reflex action' was natural. That's all! Have a peaceful Christmas and a New Year.

basically, i had studied the bible for many years previous, and the biblical represenation of angels in the old testament is that the higher angels authorized and/or enforced mass genocide against the enemies of the israelites, including men, women, children and cattle. i'm not sure if the being whom i had encountered had been involved in that genocide campaign or not.
:) blessings to you for christmas and the new year
You shouldnt really attack things or get drawn into that sort of thing. Attacking entities in the astral plane is negative and will attract negative/dark entities to you. In the astral plane you basically have black/negative/evil entities and white/positive/good entities. White light represents good entities and what you saw cound have been a good entity. Negative entities however often try and trick you into believing that they are good, so you always have to be careful.

Good to see there are other people who don't blindly trust any entity that merely appears "good". Personally, angels remind me of the elves in traditional folklore stories. They'd murder, cheat, steal, lie and trick, but you'd still love them afterwards because of the "glamour" magic. It's strange how angels are also usually depicted as being blonde-haired and blue-eyed... That's a genetic characteristic that originated in Scandinavian countries, which is also the origin of stories of elves.
