Over-phasing, abusing brain?

I've been phasing...and listening to binaural beats...as well as meditating...I've been abusing my mind all day with this phasing thing. Now I'm getting an open eye visual of a hallucination I got a few weeks ago when I did air duster (drug, inhalants...I'm clean now) I saw lasers when I did it...when I do the phasing thing I get memories bits and pieces of memories...now im seeing the lasers as I did when I was on air duster. I actually saw the hallucination/visual form and appear tonight. When I was trying to fall asleep my mind was just restless. When I close my eyes my brain hurts even more than the constant headache that I have itself. I've tried listening to some binaural beats an hour ago but couldn't focus and my mind was all over the place. I guess I've been phasing too much and basically over used my brain. Right now when I'm trying to fall asleep my brain is having too much activity. I'm tired, I want to sleep but it's like when I close my eyes too much visuals and abstractions are taking place. It's distracting me, so is the headache, from allowing me to focus on sleeping; I can actually force myself to fall asleep or get into that mode by using the phasing technique, but since my mind is beat, overused and it hurts I can't phase nor can I rest at least. Right now constantly coming back to my phone and updating this topic. When I close my eyes it feels like I'm phasing, I'm getting the CEVs and my brain is burning and aching. No matter how hard I try to focus on my breath instead of my thoughts I still end up amplifying the heating sensation as I would if I were trying to phase. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hello lovely.

Firstly, take a breath.
Do you think you are over-doing it?
If so, rest, and relax.
Do you think your mind will be in better condition if you take a break?

There is no "correct" way to project, there is only "your way" to project.
After all, everyone has their own "way" that works for them, right?
If focusing on your breath keeps you "conscious/lucid" then that is perfect for you ;)

If you have more questions, feel free to reply or private message me, I am happy to help!

happy travels!
Love,
always,
Drake.

yea back off til it goes away. I do the same thing but its auditory insread of visual. you dont need the drugs it was good your off them  slow down when you resume. you can control this. learn to let it go and pick a time and place for phasing and only do it there and then. even wearing a particular set of clothes and changing when your done might help
