i've heard of a few people maybe visiting jamaica or somewhere during OBE, and waking up and getting a sunburn shortly after. how feasable is it that the astral can truely affect your physical body?

i dont think its true because i dont think that the astral can affect the physical body more that the energy body could and i never heard of sunburns after energy work
