Title: paralyzed in projection
Post by: soarin12 on May 25, 2014, 21:30:32
In a projection this morning, someone was talking to me and when I tried to answer I was paralyzed.  I couldn't move my body, mouth, or speak.  I tried then to telepathically communicate but within about 8 seconds I was back in the physical.  This has happened several times before.  I assume that I'm becoming aware of myself being in SP even though I'm still fully in the dream scene.  Do you agree?  Is there another reason this happens that you are aware of?  Thanks.

That's quite possible, yeah.

Even though you're non-physical, try to continue doing stabilizing and strengthening exercises within the environment.  This will help extend your experiences more.

You should eventually be able to stave off waking up at least a couple times during a single experience.

Instead of trying to speak, try to "project" your thoughts out loud. If you can do that, you can still communicate with words via sleep paralysis.

Thank you.  Good point!
