Strange Experience

Last night I had a lucid dream and decided to astral travel through that, like I usually do. The strangest thing happened....the absolute second I left my body I suddenly felt full of energy and took off running. From that, I think I was going so fast that I can't remember what happened...which is also unusual. I tried meditating again this afternoon and just as I got close to another projection I felt that energy again, got a little frightened and stopped. Does anyone have a clue what this could be?
