Hello All

Here's a strange experience that I had earlier this morning.  I wasn't practicing phasing or anything - I was just relaxed and knew that something was going to happen.  Aren't they the best - when you simply know you're in for a ride...
__________________________________________________________

I'd awoken but lay still and relaxed.  I started watching the blobs of colour behind my eyes.  They were very prominent and I knew that I was going to go deeper rather than return to the physical.

Then I heard a voice.  I often hear sounds just as I'm going to sleep, and I normally am able to listen for a while, but then I'm fast asleep.  However, this time because I'd already had my full night's sleep, I managed to retain lucidity as I went closer and closer to the voice.

At first, I couldn't hear what the voice was saying; only that it was saying something.  I phased towards the voice (automatically) and was then able to follow the words.  It was a phone call and I was only able to hear one side of the conversation.

I was picking up that the man was talking to a secretary about an urgent letter that should have gone with the 5.30pm post and he was asking her whether it had.  From the next thing he said, it was obvious that she hadn't sent it, and I could hear that he was telling her not to worry and that they would cover for her, if necessary.

By now, I had automatically phased into the setting.  I was in an office.  It was old-fashioned.  There were two desks, a settee and posters on the wall.  I didn't look closely at anything.  Two men sat at the desks.  At the time I thought to myself, "these men are real, I wish I could take photographs of them to remember them."  If they walked past me in the street today, I would be able to point them out.

The man I'd heard on the phone was telling the other man the gist of the conversation.  I'd come through the ceiling and floated down.  They didn't seem to be aware of me.

I then sat down on the settee.  Now everything felt even more 3D.  I picked up a book and a calculator.  I was surprised that I could handle things, because I knew that I was able to simply go through objects.

Then I looked up at them.  They now noticed me.  They didn't look too shocked at why someone was sat on their settee, uninvited.

I said, "A philosophical question for you both."  But I couldn't get the word 'philosophical' out!  So instead I said, "A question for you.  Why is it that I can handle these objects?"

They looked at me speechless.  So I explained.

"You see, I'm in a dream.  I'm having a dream right now, and I'm lucid which means I know I am dreaming.  I am able to hold the lucidity for a short while."

Both their jaws dropped to the floor (not literally!)

I said, "Look, I'll show you.  I can do this."  And I floated upwards towards the ceiling, put my arm through the ceiling, and floated back down again.

They watched me, totally gobsmacked.  Neither said a word.

I realised I wasn't going to get much out of them!

I don't know where this brainwave came from, but I asked what year it was.  The man whose conversation I'd heard told me it was 1983.  I said, "I wonder why I've gone back two years?"  Then I realised my mistake and said, "I mean 12 years, I wonder why I've gone back 12 years."

It is actually 22 years, but I didn't realise this until I woke up.

The men didn't say anything.  Well, they wouldn't would they?!  To them, it's 1983.

The man proved it to me by showing me a letter on his desk.  The font was just like the old typewriters – is it Courier 10 pitch?  And yes, the year was 83.

I then knew I was losing my lucidity and drifted into another dream.

____________________________________________________________

I wonder whether back in 1983, two guys sitting in their office experienced a third "presence" with them.  And when the presence started floating around the room, it scared them half to death?

That would be bizarre - for it to take 22 years for me to experience being that presence.

Funny old world we live in, isn't it?

Thanks for sharing that Sarah :) Whenever that happens to me its either after waking in the morning and i'm just lieing still - nice and content and I feel something start to happen (it starts with a sinking sensation for me) or if I have time to laze in the afternoon and I 'drift'.

wow what fun that must have been!  Cool experience!  :headbang:

Wow, that's awesome!  It would be funny if those guys are somewhere telling their kids or grandkids about the ghost lady who popped into their office one day and claimed to be a dreamer from the future.

I'm not sure if it's actually possible... and I'm sure this has been mentioned elsewhere on the forums--whether people in the physical can see and interact with projectors.  I guess they would think us ghosts, wouldn't they?

Or... I wonder if this couldn't have been some sort of F3 scenario, since it was so solid and all.  Why departed spirits would want to go on working in their office and thinking it's still 1983 is beyond me, personally, but if they were really attached to that life for some reason, I guess they could keep it going if they wanted.

In any case, what a fun experience!  Thanks for sharing!

Very cool experience :) Really amazing. It's a shame that you -we- can't handle lucidity for a few more minutes... imagine asking them the address of the office, then going to that place and .... what if it was the way you saw it ? You would be the one "gobsmacked" :)
Anyway, really nice experience and today I learnt a new word: "gobsmacked" haha :) (hey !! I'm not a native English speaker)

Cheers,

Hi Almost Mrs. Murphy and Everyone

Thanks to all who responded!

I wondered whether it was F3 after I'd woken up.  I had the same thoughts as you - why oh why would they want to carry on working in some crummy office in the 80s.  At the time of the experience, it never crossed my mind that they might be dead.

On some level, I sensed that I'd phased into their world, meaning that I'd lost my "main reality" and entered into their "main reality" which I assumed was their physical reality in the literal year of 1983.

I've no idea whether this is possible, but I do believe that time isn't quite as straightforward as we make it.

Even if it was F3, perhaps me turning up and floating around might make them stop in their tracks and think a little beyond their immediate surroundings.

Whatever, it sure was a strange one.  I mean, if you are going to phase and go back in time - who would choose an office environment in 1983??!!

Mind Blown!

What an awesome experience. I am so happy to see others doing this whether intentional or not. I have a thought. You know all those times people 'see' things that aren't there? Perhaps they are there exactly as you 'were there'. And now you can see why sometimes people see things that make absolutely no sense on either side of the coin. BUT it does serve to make us question.

This is very similar to what I have experienced. I have tested this several times.
Not everyone in the non physical realms reacts that way but the vast majority do.
As it turns out the ones who do not react with fear are some of the most interesting people I have met while OBE (or in the body, as well).

I have experienced this as well. Here is a post I made back on July 19th/2012. It occurred on July 12th though. I have had many similar experiences to it since that. Enough to know that revealing that you are "there", meaning bringing too much attention to yourself and or going against the rulesets of that environment that you find yourself in, will lead to a ban or time out of sorts. Who administers the ban? I have never found a definitive answer to that question as of yet. If you do a Forum search on Astral Police or even "Booted from the Astral", you will find some more interesting adventures that other members shared here as well. It happens enough that it is something you need to be conscious of before you react to the circumstance or situation at hand.

" I would like to share a Flying experience I had yesterday during a vivid Lucid Dream. As soon as I saw I dreaming, I took control of the scenario. Bad idea, lol. I was flying high in the sky and enjoying it, doing barrel rolls all kinds of fun things. I saw a neighborhood beneath me, so I decided to land. The next thing I know I was sitting down at a picnic table with a man and a woman in their backyard. Anyways, we started talking about Hawaii. I had lived in Hawaii for 5 years of my "real" life. We were talking about exotic drinks and I brought up the Island Mai Tai. She had never had one before. So, I said I'll back in a bit, I figured I could make it to Hawaii  and back in no time at all, since I was controlling the event. I went to to fly, but I could only make it up so far. I ended landing on their neighbor's rooftop, skipping off it and then I crashed down to the ground right in front of a group of teenagers. I could hear their excitement when they saw this. At first they thought I was a UFO, but then they realized, when I had finally crash landed down in front of them, that I was human. They then started walking towards me. I got up and went to fly again, this time I got caught in a bunch of hydro/telephone wires, spun around and landed on a apartment rooftop. Now this apartment was adjoining another higher apartment and when I landed on the roof, I saw there were 2 police officers there that were talking to a group of people. Possibly due some other complaint, the Police saw me and gave chase. I ran to the end of the roof, jumped off, crash rolling to the ground. I then got up and ran down a alleyway. Once I finally knew I was alone, without any eyes on me, I tried to fly again. This time it was successful, I hit Mach speed in seconds. Then I woke up. I never did get the Mai Tai, lol. "

That post came from this thread here on the Astral Pulse. Some other members shared some interesting adventures of their own as well.

Now in a Retrieval, you have all the tools at your disposal. Except for one important thing and that is you can not make the decision for the soul/consciousness itself. In the end, it is always "their" choice to move on or stay stuck. It sounds like you find yourself doing these as well Nameless. I find it sets your mood for the following day as well. There's a certain warmth you feel inside after you are successful with a Retrieval.  :-)

That is funny, guess one day you are going to have to make good on that Mai Tai,

One more thing I had never heard of till I came here, soul retrieval. I should thank Szaxx for that.  :-)

I'm not sure I would call what I do soul retrievals. It's more like seeing what they need (physically, mentally or spiritually) and helping them. Sometimes all they need is rest. Sometimes they need help getting over fear or beyond obstacles. In lucid dreams if I just go with it I automatically know what to do. It's when I stop and think about it or try and control it that I mess up.

So you've scared the crap out of people too. It's not something I have ever tried to do but it happens time to time. Hmmm

Phildan1

I've been doing this in Focus 3 all the time, I mean regularly and it seems like people keep fooling themselves with physical dimensional concepts which blows me in a negative way. But I scared some people, but mostly many of them are amazed of me almost every time because I demonstrate flying too and superhuman powers (one time I was catching and slowing down to zero, a blindly running tram lol), I was many times some kind of superhuman, I can't help it, I'm partly that and like it really. Just "simple" things like I'm just pressing steel beams with my hand, fly or anything more like telekinesis.

People mostly tend to be amazed, scared maybe or just looking on me like an alien. Well I don't consider myself to be an ancient human but as I experienced this so far whenever I'm taken and I got back my awareness and helped many, I experienced specific times and place types too which we used to here on Earth. Focus 3 people really don't have a clue (I mean many many) that they are in a NON-physical world. They are amazed or just calling the local reinforcements if you act like they don't.

Booting out or kicking out is I guess has many faces for me. It could be if you start to spread panic or people start to be too curious you will be kicked out to F1 or to another F2/F3 place. If you tend to any time think about your sleeping body it is a matter of around 5-15 minutes to phase back here. Now it is a knowing for me. If I have the feeling oops I'm soon phasing out on autopilot, it means I felt my physical existance that I'm asleep or I HAD thoughts about ANYTHING which correlates with my physical world: memories from my primary life, places and objects here, any life issues which I guess switches a response to phase out.
The other explanation would be that I failed something or it is just time to go, so enjoy the last 10-20 minutes there which I always do.
Booting out occurs on some further examples like I'm exiting the current simulation and I make fluctuations with my mind lol. Who knows. My NP helpers (selves?) are doing a good job not showing up mostly.

But the main issue is that proves that not just "humans" are tend to exist further in these F3 realities after physical world "death" but they have just no idea what happened and this is sad in my opinion. I admit not every humans need to be like us who have enough awareness and background to want to know what is needed to know to grow up, but they are just stuck. If billions are doing this all the time, we can imagine how few we are to help those there. And I guess many of them would be our other versions from primary essence.

I found out a method to stay away from kicking me out too soon because it happened many times. "People" must not see you there. Maybe on the local street or anywhere, you need to walk down the map to fly again or ask for anything. If somebody from the locals are seeing you acting weirdly, you can be sure you are sooner out than expected I guess. I don't even try to do any planned stuffs while somebody local, even a young boy sees me. I just wonder many times are there any "better regions" there, where people are fully aware that what is happening with them, but I guess somewhere this self-brainwashment needs to be end to go further, because eventually this is just the beginning I guess leaving our local system, which I'm curious to investigate.
I like retrievals, even bad ones, I'm doing it with fun and fashion many times lol, but it starts to be boring after a while.
