entry points for getting back in body???

Hello, I'm new to this site. Been having OBE's/Astral things happening on and off over the years. Most recent experience left me wondering. I have experienced stuff relating to E.T's and so this made me wonder. Firstly, During the astral travel I was flying through the cosmos (this happens alot when I slip from lucid dream state and or meditation into out of body...) Anyway, I had the intension to follow a red star which I felt was a UFO. I flew around what seemed millions of stars and galaxies, it was a totally beautiful experience, then three typical Grey aliens floated towards me and I 'felt' it was time to go back. I had the feeling they didn't want me to go any further. Upon 'falling back into my body' I had the strangest tickling sensation between my eyes, like my brain was being tickled from the inside (yuccy feeling) but not uncomfortable. Also, both my thumbs were extremely heavy. My question is 'where are the entry and leaving points for our astral body to re enter or leave the body? Why were my thumbs so heavy?
