WOW!

Last night I was reading my book and I read about affirmations. So I thought that might be something that I'd try out. I wrote I will have an out of body experience tonight about 50 times, then I went on to my normal practice. I laid down and started my relaxation technique when I felt what seemed like a heartbeat in the back of my neck and lower back of head. I usually get this and ignore it as just my heartbeat, but I had previously read about vibrations starting in the back of the head and neck. So I focused on them and....WOW!

They immediately increased, I kept my focus. Deep fast vibrations, roaring through my body like the cylinders on an engine. I dont remember any noise, but then my heart started up. My heart chakra was about 150 degrees. It felt like our woodstove. And it was beating rapidly to keep up. My eyes were fluttering like they were holding butterflies on leashes. I felt so out of my physical body and all my thoughts were on my higher vibratory form. So I tried to sit up, but I was still in the physical.  

I laid back down and the vibrations were still there slightly, I tried to increase them, but they wouldn't. My whole body was shaking, I had soo many thoughts running through my head. I was completely excited. And after tossing and turning I went back to bed.

I feel for ya. I've had lots of nights like that, where I felt so close... I think trying is like the affirmations - try for 50 nights for 1 success. Sometimes I'd be happy with one success in 50 tries... And it only takes 1 success to make you ready for the next 50.

yep, I've had exactly the same experience.... just as you described it! Intense vibrations eye lids twitching, body shaking....   but the only difference being - I remember the vibrations starting but I cant remember anything else after that.  So I possibly had an unconsious OBE. who knows!
