Pre-Vibraton sensations

You're doing very well with the meditation but you're not to a vibrational state yet.

Isn't it neat how meditation can clear your sinuses?  I have bad allergies - - - so this byproduct of meditation is enough to keep me going back.

Anyway, you'll be close to the vibrational state when your body is so heavy and paralyzed that you feel as though you cannot move.  At that point your job is to stay Aware without focusing on the physical, which is not easy.  In fact, you'll probably botch it 10-15 times (or more) before getting the knack.  THEN, the trick will be not giving up from frustration.  

Try to stay awake.  It helps to get enough sleep in the first place, so you won't be tempted to drop off into dreamland.

Meditation, clear the sinuses? Sounds good to me as I have a bad case of allergy myself. What kind of meditation do you propose? Any kind?

I really have to admit that I don't really practice meditation.

I find that the sit-still meditation works for me.  Meditations involving movement might work too, but I haven't noticed.

Well as far as meditation it is mainly the full body circuit that
Robert describes in his NEW energy ways.  But when it cleared my sinus I was doing the mental falling which is a technique to put you in trance state.  It only makes sence that When you sleep your energy body expands and I am sure that is what I have been doing but how far it expands I dont know.  I have only gotten the Vibrations 2 times out of maybe 15.  The vibrations were not strong enough to let me out of body though once they may have been but I got to excited.  Now the trick is to be able to bring back the vibrations as i it was in the first 3 or 4 attempts that I had the succuss.  They are elusive and I want them to come back...[:D]

I feel one of the keys to obe is the vibrational state.  I know you dont have to have the vibrations to have obe and I know that the Vibrations dont cause obe but are a byproduct but still if you are in vibrational state usually you can exit.  So I have been concentrating on creating the vibrational state not necessarily the obe.  Well I do relaxation and then I do mental falling.  Now when I do this I feel tingly and warm sensations eventually.  I also start to feel in differant spots tingly some times the spider web effect.  If the mental falling doesnt pull me down to trance state I do rope tech and I almost always feel it.  It feels like im pulling something and I can feel it real tingly and this usually pulls me deeper into myself.  I got feeling of the spider web effect and actually when I pulled on rope I heard a crack in my nasal passage and it opened my nasal passage so I could breath better.  Well my question is how close am I to vibrational state???
