AP - Lost Soul verification

I have some questions which arose from my reading of the 4th Moen book. I guess there are some skilled people out there doing AP to F 27? I would like to know if anyone else has been able to verify Moen's experiences? It goes like this:


* Not only the physical Earth, but also the Focus Levels from Focus 23 to Focus 27 are withing the Earth Life System (ELS). This means that all things/worlds in Focus 27 are constructed by either humans or some previous intelligent life form from (?) Earth.

* There is something called Lost Souls. A Lost Soul is a discarnate human that has been cut of from its filament (its connection) to its I-There.

* It is the I-There that decides on cutting off the connection, when the I-There/Disk has to proceed through the Aperture.

* All I-There members have to agree on cutting of the Lost Soul.

* The Lost Soul is living so deep into a Focus 24 Hell, that the Lost Soul doesn't want to leave the Hell, and that's the reason why the I-There has to abandon the Lost Soul.

* The Lost Soul is incapable of experiencing PUL.

* If the Lost Soul stays in its Hell (after being cut off) it will dissolve (truly die) and disintegrate into raw non-physical conscious energy.

* If the Lost Soul manages to break out of its Hell after the Lost Soul has been cut off, the Lost Soul has no longer any place in the ELS, and can not be moved to the Park in Focus 27. My guess is that the Lost Soul now continues to live on, as it can absorb energy outside the ELS, and that it just wanders of somewhere. So the best thing a Lost Soul can do is to leave it's Hell, if it wants to stay alive.

* There are Graduated I-Theres/Disks who's purpose among other is to locate those Lost Souls and bring them back to the Creator.

* Many of the first souls sent out by the Creator became Lost Souls, because the Creator didn't know of any sane measurements to bring them back. It wasn't until the Creator added PUL to the souls/probes, that they started turning back!

* It seemed that the prime candidates to become Lost Souls in ELS are those indviduals that acts as their Hell's Satans. They don't want to give up their power. I got it that Moen means that there is only one Satan per Hell.


So...

It's all a little raw to chew down, and I wonder if anyone else has had any similar Lost Soul experiences to Moen's?

I have no opinion as to it's truthfulness, (but think it's too technical a point of view, in my opinion) with the angle of aperture and 'size', etc.
However, for clarity purposes, I'd like to point out that:
PUL= Pure Unconditional Love  (Other authors call it the 'Clear Light')
I-There - the aspect of you that is having the experience.  It is multiple, as in all your possible lives in the multiverse.
ELS= Earth Life Systems  - The Belief System Territories are part of it, but wait, there's more....

I think the rest is self- explanatory.
