Hi everyone,
So last night I attempted my usual WILD technique into projection. I've found that this method is perfect for me.
Like clockwork, after I fall asleep doing this technique, I always have a dream that I am driving and then everything goes black. I've learned that when this occurs, projection is imminent.
So after everything goes black in the dream, I am just sort of in that black dreamspace waiting for the vibrations to kick in. As usual, last night they did. I let the vibrations take over me and eventually will myself out of my body. The only thing is, I was laying on my stomach as opposed to my back. So I projected on my stomach to the floor of my room and it was pitch black. I couldn't move at all. It felt as if the sleep paralysis followed me into that stage of consciousness. I tried yelling something like, "clarity now!" to test it out but I couldn't force any words to come out.
Any advice on what this is?
Thanks,

In my perspective, if you're dreaming you're already in the non-physical. You're past the point of vibrations or separation. Just bring your waking awareness around and go off to do whatever you want. :)
In my opinion, the only reason you had the vibrations was because you expected to. You allowed your subconscious mind to manifest them within you... you were already "out" (for lack of a better word). The "blackness" is, what I'm coming to realize, a point between areas of consciousness. When you achieve this point... simply visualize where you want to go and it'll manifest around you. :)
You kinda half-assedly did that too... because it sounds like you "chose" to project onto the floor into your bedroom. The assumption that the "sleep paralysis" followed you caused it to be applied to your non-physical self. Part of all interacting is learning not to allow assumptions, thoughts, expectations, emotions, etc... from applying themselves to our non-physical experiences. It just takes time to learn, but you're definitely well on your way.
I get what your saying Firmitas, pretty much the same thing happened for me on my out of body experiences. When I start having a lucid dream it eventually fades away usually pretty quickly and everything goes black, but I can slightly sense my physical body laying in my bed and then I get the vibrations and roll out of my body. I can't seem to bring my waking awareness to the lucid dream before it fades away, so I discovered a different means, or half-assed means :-D.
"The "blackness" is, what I'm coming to realize, a point between areas of consciousness. When you achieve this point... simply visualize where you want to go and it'll manifest around you."
Thank you Xanth, I will try that next time. How do you insert quotes again lol?

Thanks Xanth i'll try that next time.
Yea I think that I was also expecting to have sort of a negative projection because I read about projecting from your stomach being negative. I'll have to get out of that way of thinking.
