Morning Vibration Activity:

I seem to come to consciousness @ about 8.20 in the morning feeling passive but semi-aware of my surroundings; next,  something peculiar happens, I start to get the vibrations rapidly occurring throughout my mind and body, then a  silent inner drone effect , followed by a spinning feeling in a clockwise direction , I lose conscious vision but am partly awake still.

The spinning sensation seemed to send my conscious perspective round and round ; it reminded me a bit like a merry go round that kids ride on in a park when they are spinning rapidly ever increasing the speed to send them dizzy.

Next, I seem to be rising and flying near my body, but cannot prove this because my vision seems to be minimal. I go in one direction upwards, followed by a sideward motion, very quickly and feel the butterfly effect in my stomach area while doing so. My vision seems thwarted and I can't seem to make out my surroundings and feel like I am inside a wall at this point (half in and half out). I check the urges to move my physical body( as if weighing up paralysis activity )but cannot detect it. My senses of feel seem to kick into play even though I have minimal vision abilities. I remember the technique to make myself appear less dense through mind power to squeeze back out of the wall and come into close proximity of my body.

Next, I aggressively float straight through my bedroom window and seem to be in mid air now, just outside my bedroom window and my vision has come back to me. I see a car parked up across the road about to leave the street , It was a  modern silver looking car, a bit like a Granada , it starts to reverse and backs up and I notice the back lights light up as it reverses ,and it drives away while I watch from outside my front door hovering just above it.

Next, a very peculiar sensation comes over me, I feel like there is someone behind me preventing me from moving anywhere, although I cannot see them, but sense it is a female presence (it might have been reality fluctuations dragging me back to my body because I was to close), every time I move I struggle to bring it into motion, as if this feeling is weighing me down. I fight back frantically to continue moving in my  current state , and do manage to move, but can feel the extra weight of this feeling attached to me from behind , but can never see them, at this point I wake up in my bed and immediately look out my bedroom window to try and spot the silver car, it is not their , but notice track marks in the snow at where a car had left and reversed and left the street.

If I did leave my body and this experience was genuine I wander why I did not feel the vibrations again upon entering the body? (the same as when I disengaged). It seemed like I woke up fully  in a flash from a semi-con state of awareness without feeling vibrations?.

Hi experimental

Sounds like a classic OBE to me.  The spinning sensations, the lack of vision, the feeling of someone near you, all very normal occurences.

The actual sensation of spinning is very queer, isn't it?  Whilst I haven't spun as such, I have been upside down, back to front and inside out during my OBEs, and your mind is totally disorientated.  It's quite a nice feeling actually!

As to vibrations - I think it is fair to say that only a small handful experience vibrations when re-entering the body.  Personally, I don't get them either exiting or "zapping back" (I can't claim to re-enter my body normally - I am one moment out and about, and the next moment zooming up to full consciousness in my body).

I like the fact that you have gone into detail when typing your experience.  This is important because as you progress, you can look back at this one and see just how far you have gone.  I too go into great depth when I type mine up - it has been very helpful.

Great experience!  Looking forward to reading more.

We all find nonsenses to believe in; it's part of being alive.

Yeah .....

I find it strange that when I generally leave the body and maintain abit awareness  there's always a rushing of chemical activity or energy picking up, but when I come back to the body its like it never happened , in a instant I m back in without any sensations in a flash.

As far as logging the Lucid&OBE experiences into the computer , their far and few between , its generally the dream recalls I m better with  , but their reckon that's how you develop and strengthen the lucidity . That probably explains why my conscious perspective overlaps into lucidity at times.

I never plan a astral trip or out of body, I always struggle to make that experience happen from scratch for all I v practised a fair bit with the energy raising, but on times when I m not to tired and not to awake I can slip in-between it and have a experience, its generally in the mornings with me. Generally at a point when i`v just woke up but drifting back off, I l try and hold on to consciousness with my entire mental mite deliberately lol.

But I guess because I v logged over 60 dreams in the last couple years, I m beginning to gain more awareness to the experience in my mind. Because to be fair we generally forget dreams easily, its like you take your mind off them for 5 seconds when you come awake and then you v forgot them, but I v learnt that when I awake up I quickly run over what the dream was about and lock it in to consciousness, then write up the story in the computer lol, it generally works.

Thanks for your kind response

That's different from the way that it happens to me. If I don't think about them as soon as I wake up or a short time after, I'll have the ideas or scenes from them pop back into my mind a couple of hours later.

yeah its intersting how we all figure the dream memories out , infact i v had somthing simular to that , theirs been times where by a physical object or somthing said in daily life can trigger a piece of a dream memory back  , its rarely that happens , but i can recall it happening

cheers

The other day I awoke and felt as if some being was lying right next to me. It started to touch me and I started to freak out a bit. Then i got the vibrations however at the moment I did not exactly know what was going on. I finally was able to move and turned the other way and went back to sleep. I did not think it had anything to do with OBEs. What i dont understand is why the feeling that someone is next to you is a "symptom" of out of body experiences. Is there actually something there or not?

Its been awhile since i posted here , so here goes my latest expereince ; >

More energy and vibrational activity

I did not intend a Projection but the conditions were just right for 1 to occur. It was 2.15 in the morning when i started feeling the vibrations while seemingly semi-con. The vibrations had overwhelmed me, so i  went with it . Everything was black  for about 5 seconds with a heavy buzzing sound that felt like it was coming from inside my head ,My vision suddenly came back and  i noticed i was floating in the living room beneath the bedroom . I noticed the fireplace and red sofa and nothing else. I looked again and the sofa had changed position , which made me think my imagination was kicking in, so i quickly left this area and headed straight up towards the sky as fast as i could.

Next i noticed the black velvet of the night sky above me with passing grey clouds inbetween it, as i traveled upward combined with the buzzing sensation in my head , I noticed a huge planet towards my right hand side which did not resemble earth or the moon, where was i ? i wandered . At this point i did not know whether i was traveling up down lef or right , just forwards. As i traveled forwards the buzzing effect in my head started getting louder, as it did this it seemed to mix in with the traveling speed i was going , until it had ocsilated on the same wave frequency . Now i could hear 2 buzzing effects which sounded amazing. It sounded abit like a didgerydoo with a sharp electronic edge to it. As this was occuring i noticed two 2-dimensional red sqaures  spinning about infront of me, then 1 yellow two dimensional sqaure spinning behind it. I headed straight into them while they spinned about. I then felt the buzzing noise again and a  urge to return to my body  and started heading very quickly in a different direction. I awoke and checked my reality surroundings, everything looked normal and it was 2,25 in the morning.

I tried again to feel for the vibrations to exit , but struggled to achieve them , then i fell asleep
