Steel Hawk

Nov 7th.
Went to bed at 2:30am, woke up around 8:00am because one of my roommates was using the whining shower. Stayed up until 11:30am, fell asleep with my arm around my girlfriend cuddled next to me. Felt the vibrations, reached for them, tried to grab them, increase their power and whine. I think I might have drained some energy from her, I do remember that.  Found the vibrations. Lying in bed I can see with my eyes closed, a bit fuzzy, the ceiling above. I float around to turn and see my girlfriend lying asleep, I put my nose up to hers and smile so big. :)

I then want to explore, but the door is closed. I decide to try to go through the carpet and floor. But it's hard! I can't go through, so I try to push my face through it as fast as possible. (Oops forgot that this causes dimension shifts). Now I'm in a dream, no more OBE.  But it is very vivid so I am not unhappy. I wake up at noon, 30 minutes later, as the alarm clock goes off.

It's funny, I'm 24 now and I've been trying to OBE since I was 13.  It's gotten so much easier, I just let it come naturally.  Well, sort of, I think you have to get comfortable with it at first.  But if you don't fear it it's a lot easier.  It's not even that big of a deal anymore.  Maybe I'll start working on my energy body more and see what happens.

Thanks for the post....

Interesting about the dimension shifts.  I have nightly memories of flying through walls and windows and such (usually around my house) and I'm always kinda going from dream to dream - the vividness/lucidness seems to change a lot.

That's also true just to let things happen naturally.  When I fall asleep I like to try catching myself but when I do a lot of times it snaps me out - kinda grabs my attention to much and I notice I'll start holding my breath instead of continuing to breath naturally.  Yeah..just let it come naturally.  Be aware but not too much
