I see entities in RTZ, ,lower and higher plames , I have seen them  in NDE too.

yes. one of my guides is a beautifully enlightened soul.  one night, i needed support and guidance to go to on a trip to the astral plan.  it was a journey towards self healing, and she held my hand, until i let go.
