Hi friends!It appears that almost every morning for month or so I get this false awakenings!When I realize I am not awake there are no restrictions(I am APing)I can fly ect...I always had them,but now its like everyday!and I put no effort for phasing or other methods whatsoever!

That's great! I also discovered for me that I kind of use this method by 'enforcing' a false awakening with affirmations. This hypnopomp state when you are in bed and think you are waking up, but then realise you are not can be trained too. Seems you just developed it naturally, congrats and happy travels.

Thanks!As I was little this was my worst nightmare!Dark rooms,light cant be switched on,or if they can they aren't brighter than a cigarette!But now,now it's just what I needed!

You have discovered a Big secret, that is --- when you become aware in a dream or false awakening then you can turn that experience into an OBE!    Good for You!
I Have turned both dreams and FAs into OBEs, but only a few times. Not nearly every day for a Month! Wow, that's impressive!
