Title: Questions
Post by: Anemani on March 05, 2010, 10:40:46
When trying to AP do you have to be in sleep paralysis to do so?
I am never really in sleep paralysis when I am trying, my body just feels sort of numb, I guess that I how I could describe it. I can still move it and stuff, but I do not, so I do not mess up the trance. I know what it feels like to be in sleep paralysis also, I have been in it several times while lucid dreaming and upon waking.

What are your technics to exiting?
I would like to know all the possible ways to exit, so that I can try each of them.

How do you get yourself further along in the trance state or get to where you should be able to exit?
I am not really sure when I am close

I use my assistive technology to fill my energy body with extreme amounts of energy. Then I use a personalized technque (kind of a mix between remote viewing and AP). Then I project to the RTZ/4th density.

Practice I guess... I have learned to enter deep trance within about 60 seconds and can then raise my energy to project within about 12 - 15 minutes. I'm trying to shave a few minutes off of that, so hopefully I can project within about 5 - 10 minutes.

Sleep Paralysis and Trance aren't too different really.
They both you being in a mind awake/body asleep state.

The only difference is that you CONSCIOUSLY invoke the Trance state through meditation.
The other is a spontaneous event upon awakening from sleep.

To deepen it... just work on progressively relaxing your body.
Every muscle from your head to feet.  Work each one for however long it takes to "FEEL" it relax.

NO!  What you want is dissociation from the body.  You want to focus so intently on your inner events that you have less than 5% (that's an arbitrary number) awareness of your body.  Sometimes that can come with sleep paralysis or mind awake/body asleep, but these states aren't required for proper dissociation.  What's more important is your ability to concentrate you mind to a single focus point.  Not intruding thoughts, no wander thoughts.

I do trance work until I get to low Alpha, high Theta, then I do energy work and then just work to focus my mind to a point.  I do this by focusing on that ringing noise in my ears that I talk about so much.  Then after some flickering consciousness I wake to my mind already starting the exit process, which I feel as buzzing.  I force the buzzing, increase it's intensity until it's almost unbearably ticklish (weird I know, but that's what it feels like, a bone deep tickle) and the I hear a pop and feel my body rise up about a foot.  Then I use some movement technique to complete the process, I roll-out, stand up, float higher, somersault, whatever I'm feeling most at the time.

You can do something that is similar to biofeedback.  Get some binural beats, listen to them to induce trance and memorize the physical sensation you feel when you are entranced and learn to recreate it later.  I induce trance by creating a falling sensation which actually doubles as a full body relaxation technique as well.  I learned how to make this sensation by reading Astral DYnamics and using the "Climbing Down the Ladder" trance induction method.

I downloaded two apps for the binaural thing and it has a few different settings. Sleep, meditation, normal, energy, active. Which one do I use?
