Title: Quick question

Okay, I've had two OBE's!!!!!!! Woo-HOOO!!!

But I have 2 questions:
   
 1: Sometimes I lay in bed trying to project, and this strange feeling comes (it starts in my legs, and usually stays there). It's almost as if air is being blown across my legs, maybe lifting me up. It doesn't hurt or  anything, but it makes me wonder what it is.
  2: WHY CAN'T I EXIT? Ugghh! Sometimes, I have reallllllllllllllly good vibrations, and I just can't get that final push out. Any suggestions, exiting methods?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated

1) that's very normal, it's the energy flowing through your body. because your in such a deep trance, everything is amplified

2) i don't know what to tell you. just keep waiting and hopefully it will come

First exit is always the hardest.  Keep trying.  Make sure you aren't wearing any jewlery, try to lay with the top of your head pointing to the north.  Don't eat meat the day you try to project.  While your getting the vibrations try to reach out to them, imagine (tactile) feeling the vibrations in your hands and grasping them.  Then focus all your energy on floating upwards.

why can't you eat meat? I have to eat meat because i need 170g of protein every day and 3500 calories. and why point your head north? what's the north got to do with anything?

Robert Monroe in his first book pointer out the thing about the jewelry, and to be pointing (your head) to the North. I was well discussed here a long time ago and if I'm not mistaken, almost nobody was doing that :)

By the way, I stopped eating meat 12 years ago and I'm not getting better projections because of that.

So IMHO I don't think those things will help you. Practice, practice and practice. If you are tired or bored, do a rundown or stop a few days. The key is to "get in the correct state". If you are not in the correct state, it doesn't matter what technique you try, you won't exit.
