I went to bed at 10PM and decided to do some stretches before getting into bed. I massaged my jaws and stretched my arms/shoulders. Afterwards, I got comfortable and began to slowly breathe. After I was nice and relaxed, I began to count 150 heart beats. It was actually difficult when you got to around 120 because your mind begins to wander and dream thoughts and characters begin to create and appear in your mind. I finally got to 150 heart beats, and I tensed and relaxed any muscle that needed to be relaxed more. After that, I began to count another 150 onto 300. As I was going that, I must of lost track at around 380 because I don't remember getting to 450 heart beats.

All of a sudden, I saw an airport through an image and a voice talked to me at different pitches at the same time, saying, "It's Lachlan,". At first, I thought it was my mind but it wasn't my voice. It was like my voice in my mind. Then everything seemed to settle and I heard sounds I can't remember coming from my doorway and then my breathing pattern changed dramatically which worried me and made my awareness to what was happening. Then, the next minute, I felt a heavy feeling moving up from my feet towards my chest. I could feel my hands beside me floating around, and I moved them around as well. I tried to imagine the feeling of floating upwards but nothing was successful. I decided to roll over and go to sleep.

Congratulations Pac, that definitely sounds like a brief OBE to me. Here's to many more!  :-)
Good Luck and Safe Travels!  :-)

Meh, its tough to say. The path in successful visualization is very similar to what you just described. It is almost as if your mind goes on autopilot and takes over your visualization. All sorts of crazy stuff is commonplace.

If you can let the experience take control and remain conscious, that is when the real fireworks start. That should be your next goal.

You are doing very well. That strong relaxed state is what many people find so hard to cultivate. Keep it up and practice getting lost in that state.

Cheers,
Contenteo

Lachian?  Or Lachlan?  With an I or an L?  Perhaps it doesn't matter.
Lachian is a name that I am somewhat familiar with.  It seems he is a protector of man hood and one who gives power to the lower chakras.  He is a very grounded figure, seen holding a strange bolt throwing weapon, yet channeling energy in a pose from the ground directly to charge it's battery.  I don't know if this same Lachian is the same figure as my own modified form, "Lejian".  He could also be seen holding a shield and a rod, as he is a protector of young men and one to offer discipline to their lust, their courage, and their will.  He is a source of fatherly love and thinking ability.
Strength. Endurance. Speed. Resistance. Stamina. -these are dimensional, at density and frequency.
Will. Courage. Faith. Love. - these are spiritual, the power to effect Life Force.
Balance. Peace. Focus. Charge. Awareness. -mentally active self control

I can't exactly remember how it said, 'Lachlan' but it defiantly sound similar.

I am actually only fifteen, perhaps he is my spirit guide.  Also, the word "It's Lachlan" that I heard closely resembles the world "latching" which can mean "to become fixed in a particular state."

But where is the SP? I fond nothing of that sort in the text.

Very awesome experience dude!
And yes, I totally get your quote above.

You might not have reported the inability to move, but from what you're saying above it's clear your body was completely asleep (hence the hearing your breathing pattern changing dramatically).  This tells me that it's a very good chance, even without the actual report of inability to move, that you were indeed in Sleep Paralysis.

Thank you for sharing Pac.   :)

Exactly. I've been doing meditation only just a week ago and seeing these results of my breathing pattern, sounds and the temperature in my body (which usually drops).

Ahh...

A new definition of Paralysis.

"You can move."

Is this enough information that I got sleep paralysis, and even if I didn't, it doesn't matter, I still somehow separated.

No, a "heavy feeling" moving around is not a paralysis.

You could for example ask someone sitting in a wheel chair, having
a more permanent paralysis, if they have a "heavy feeling" moving
up in their paralysed legs.

I think is important to note that SP is a very specific thing and there isn't really enough information here to say if it happened or not, but I also think that whether SP happened or not is the least important part of this experience.

Exactly. I have had SP before but I haven't posted it on this forum, and I know what you mean by you can only move eyelids an such. I guess it doesn't matter if I had SP or not; like you said, it's least important part of the experience.
