Just so you don't think you're being ignored, I'll answer some.  Practice, practice and more practice.  You are way ahead of some of us in experience and it should all come back to you with consistant practice.
Title: re-learning astral projection!

I'm trying to learn concious astral projection after a good decade of spontaneous projections.when I was 15 I had amazing[:O][:)]results with robert monroe's technique described in "journeys out of the body".however, over the years I have had declining spontaneous projections, and a declining ability to create a concious projection[:(]Insert.VERY FRUSTRATING[:(!].so here I am,12 years later le-learning it.

I came really close a few days ago.It started in a lucid dream where I was flying up a huge grassy hill, very close to the ground.the sense of movement triggered heavy vibrations in the torso area.the dream ended, and I was suddenly in a green, space area (like the color of the grass).there was a huge, bright white light ahead of me.I tried to expand and continue the vibration, but they were so heavy that they were nearly painful, and I couldn't get them to expand into my arms and legs.It seems like it could have been a problem with muscle tension.however, what do you make of the light? and does the color green have any significance-like a certain chakra? please give opinions on re-learning AP.I remember the kinds of experiences I used to have, and I can't just forget about it,and go back to the ho-hum mundane world.I can't get it out of my mind, and it's like a part of me is missing!
