Title: Real progress with my phasing efforts.

Once you've put your body to sleep you can phase even if you don't have imagery by simply creating a door within the 3D blackness and oozing into it like you described.

Hi Cube,
Many thanks for the guidance, now my flu has gone and I'm feeling back on form I hope to put your advice into practice very soon.

By the way I really like your Website, you have some very interesting and helpful articles there, thanks again.

Last night I experienced some real progress with my Phasing efforts, it didn't occur in the way I expected or planned it too, I was hoping that I might be able to Phase as my body fell asleep but what happened was that I managed to Phase from a Lucid dream, here is a description of how it happened:

"It is night time and I am walking along the path which leads to a local D.I.Y. store, there doesn't appear to be any activity going on and all is very tranquil, I cross the road which has no cars travelling on it. I meet a group of youths in the empty car park of the D.I.Y. centre, I am going to show them how to have an OBE. I now feel myself lying down on my back in the dark in what feels to be the storage area in the back of a van, it's at this point I become lucid and conscious of what I am trying to do"

'In the darkness I push and will myself forward, I feel as if I have been squeezed from a washing up liquid bottle into a richer blackness, I have a strong feeling of detachment, the disconnected feeling lasts for two or three seconds.'

'I am very surprised and think to myself that the transition was very smooth, I also feel fearful as I am not accustomed to this strange new feeling, suddenly I feel as if I have dropped backward into the 'Event Horizon' of the now un-squeezed washing up liquid bottle.'

'I feel myself being sucked back to my body, the return is rapid but smooth, the sensation I get when I return to my body is as if I am wearing earplugs and somebody has hit me on the head with a pillow, on returning my hearing is very acute and I can hear a purring or whirring sound.'

I really feel as if I have made some progress here, unfortunately the fear got the better of me but that's not so bad considering it was my first time using this method, I didn't see any RTZ features which is also something that strikes me as being a good characteristic of a phased projection.

I've also got the flu at the moment and feel a bit drained of energy, probably not the best time to be trying to project I suppose, I think I'll take a day or two's rest until I'm really back on form before trying again. The thing is when opportunities are created or present themselves like this they are just too good not to act on them!

Cheers
