Is there any information saying it's the universe's central index? I know Thoth is a smart guy but it's hard to believe he heads the memory bank of the entire universe

My questions... Come to think of it, Thoth is the person I would want to talk to. I've been trying to look into the records of Atlantis (which I hear are still present on Earth) and see how the Atlanteans lived in order to become such skilled psychics. I hear the information would be valuable to present-day humanity.

If you could ask him for some highlights on how humans could improve their minds the way Atlanteans did, and maybe the physics of astral projection, it would be awesome.

Thoth and Metatron are the same being. Metatron is the One most closely aligned to the Universal Mind, so yeah, I'd say he be the one to go to, lol.

From what I "understand" Thoth is a position of sorts, like there was the "original" Thoth and because of his "work" there were like a line of "Thoths".

He's very down to EArth. I'd ask him yourself. Right now, just close your eyes and do it...it doesnt have to be formal. I think he would appreciate your own effort. Just close your eyes and go to where you normally go astrally, your "comfort zone" and be like "Hey Thoth-bird-face-mask-man-dude-person! This wierd chick Coriander on the forum I'm on said to come talk to you! I got some questions for you foo!"

Ok, well maybe not like that, lol. But I've talked to him like that before and he's responded.
In any case, he'll hook you up. Just be respectful...and polite, which I guess would make it Thoth-bird-face-mask-man-dude-person..."sir", hehe.

Remember though, he's also the Universal Trickster, so your answers may not come in the expected form.

You can go look for the meaning of the word "Akasha"

Anything I've ever read suggests that every action/thought is recorded in the Akashic Records. And that we can all gain access to our own records and others, along with historical events.

I would say it boils down to belief, meditation and affirmations to begin the process of accessing the records. And actually keep trying in order to refine your senses. I'm curently working on that, so will say later how I get on.
