Hello!

Well, something happened to me while I was meditating a month ago.
It was the first time I managed to stay in the vibrational state for longer then just seconds.
The vibrational state passed (I think, kind of unclear), and all of the sudden I felt as if I was flying from where I was lying at rocket speed.
Straight forward, and then it stopped and I was doing forward flips in the air. I still felt my body, and I could really feel my teeth clenching hard. I mean real hard!
At the same time I was still flipping forward in the other me, so I could feel my body and the other me.
I couldn't see anything, but its as if in my head I saw that I was in some grey space.
I got kinda scared because of my teeth, so I checked them with my tongue and they were not clenching.
There was even space between my teethes. I came out of it all because I did that.

Has this happened to anyone? I mean the rocket speed and the flipping around weightless.
Thanks!

Bedeekin

It sounds like you had a nonphysical experience... what we are all here doing or striving to do on this forum.

Well done.  :-)

I have moved out of my body and I could feel myself travelling very fast.  I was not able to move as I was travelling extremely fast.  I tried to move but I was not able to.  I thought it was fun.  Occasionally I travel very fast out of my body and I look forward to it.  I just stay relaxed and I enjoy the ride.  After a while I stop at some place and I look at the scenery.  It is very exciting.

This is why I use the term "Launch Pad" so much here. It's like being jettisoned into space at warp speed. The feeling is amazing and for the first time would be rather scary, especially due to the fact that it is normally done spontaneously.

Nice!
I hope to experience this one day myself as I am quite a thrill seeker. Seriously, I love roller coasters and given the chance would fly in a fighter jet in the blink of an eye. Sounds awesome though! Were you sitting up when you were meditating? I find it hard to fully let go when seated in lotus or even Indian style as my ankles start to annoy me.

If you love Rollercoasters, use that as a visual while attempting to Phase. I have found it works quite well. Especially if you don't know the layout of the track and just let it morph on it's own.

Those sudden hairpin turns and barrel rolls are really something to experience.

I don't care for them in this Reality, but find that they are rather enjoyable in the NPR!  :-)

I am so going to try this out tonight! I was practicing ap today, and I made some real progress. More moving scenarios. First, i was putting on a blue jem necklace on a beautiful asian woman and then was in some sort of Asian ball room. Chairs were on the tables. Really beautiful floral patterns everywhere in brown and reddish gold. There is more to this dream but I'll post it in its own topic so I don't get too off track since it has nothing to do with the topic at hand.

But yes, it's funny you mention roller coasters. There have been a few times where I see a track winding and twisting. Sometimes its just like in the physical. But sometimes its in space. I really get a kick out of being really high up in the atmosphere and looking down on at the land and water below too!

I know what you mean!  :-)

There's nothing like flying over the mountains. valleys and oceans at break neck speeds. It just gives you a feeling of awe!  :-)

It's even more adventurous when you are doing it in another unfamiliar dimension!

Hehe. I am the same way. Wouldn't it be neat if we could push a button and record our astral experiences? :)

Wow that's interesting! I have had a couple of experiences that *vaguely* resembled yours. Sometimes lying in bed I will feel like I'm spinning clockwise and it seems very real, often it's spontaneous but if I get in the right headspace I continue to reproduce that feeling. I think I know what you mean by the "other me", as you're aware of your physical body but also of the other one that is moving?

Markus.C

Yes exactly. I was aware of the one spinning, and my body.
The scary part was that; in my body, i felt my teeth grinding really really hard. But when i put my tongue inbetween my teeth rows, they were not. There was space inbetween.
I had a similar experience just yesterday. This time I had a lucid dream I think. Again I felt my teeth hurting. Maybe it's just something I have to get used to. Has no one felt somekind of hurt when getting these kind of experiences?
