Blurry eyes

when i do certain types of energy work my eyes stay blurry for up to an hour afterwards.  my vision is perfect.  i don't know why this happens but nothing bad has come from it for me.  it's been happening for half a year now. it's possible that it may be due to eye strain while meditating.  sometimes i really want to see the three d blackness so bad that i start looking before it's there.

Thanks for the suggestion. After reading more on this, I did realize it was a side effect. But when I meditate I close my eyes.

What other articles have said is that it is possible my entire astral self was not fully combined with my body. And it did feel as if a lot of energy was in my head chakra, hopefully you understand what I mean. One article did say that was a side effect. So I'll try again, and hopefully I won't get nervous.

I almost had an OBE experience, however, I guess I got nervous and wouldn't complete it. Anyway, it was strange because my eyes were blurry for a vew hours (and I don't use any drugs or herbs to induce OBE). I could see enough to do daily chores, but I've never had an experience like that before, though I've read it can happen.

But when I was younger I did have an experience where I had risen above my body, I saw the chord, but I was walking. After I got back into my body, I was fine. My eyes were not blurry.

I'm taking the mystic web course because I do want an OBE experience again (only while my body is in bed, not walking). But does anyone have any suggestions how I control the blurriness of my eyes should it happen again?
