This city thing people are talking about in phasing...I've heard people who have never heard of it visiting it recently and they said their thinking about putting rules in other...errr focus levels or whatever you call them. They were told it was actually made quite recently (in the last few centuries). I thought it was weird at first but my friend that I taught astral projection to, who never read anything on it and didn't talk to my other friends said something about it! Does anyone else know anything about this?

yeah, a city of some sort made by humans. I've heard too much about it from unrelated sources to be a coincidence..

I believe that is the Park as referred to as F27 of Munroe's model, or the higher parts of Frank's F3oC. The place has all kinds of recreational activities, education, comedy, health etc. One way of verrifing that your actually at this place is by talking to people you see there. Just from that you'll be able to tell if your really at F27, or just in a self generated dream world.

It's just weird to me, seems like a newly created collective belief construct that stands pretty strong on it's own, each person described the same thing *shrug* O'well, I just won't think about it.

Yes because it is like the last area before moving on to Focus 4, its a place for final learning, from the lower planes, before moving on to F4. It is more unique compared to the other belief system construct Focuses.
