Interesting post. I have some questions about your experience:
1) Did you get sick to your stomach (nausea)?
2) Did you think it was mostly an hallucination or was it more AP?
3) Can you contrast/compare an AP with a hallucination?
4) Did you feel your upper astral body move through your physical form? If so, what sensation did you feel?
5) What did the person at your feet look like? Male, Female.
6) What was he/she doing?
7) Did he/she know you were observing him/her?
8) Do you recommend others try this stuff it?
9) Do you think its addicting?
10)Is it a hallucinagenic drug?

Sorry for all the questions.

Thanks

Not at all
2) Did you think it was mostly an hallucination or was it more AP?
for the "mexican landscape and peoples" i don't know, but the rest was obviously an AP
3) Can you contrast/compare an AP with a hallucination?
Good question ! I think yes...but how to be sure [|)]
4) Did you feel your upper astral body move through your physical form? If so, what sensation did you feel?
I felt that. But how to describe it ?!
5) What did the person at your feet look like? Male, Female.
hm, i felt it was a male person
6) What was he/she doing?
i really don't know
7) Did he/she know you were observing him/her?
Yes, nobody tried to hide, on the contrary
8) Do you recommend others try this stuff it?
No, because nobody knows how you can react with Salvia Divinorum
9) Do you think its addicting?
Absolutely NOT ADDICTIVE[|)]
10)Is it a hallucinagenic drug?
YES !!!
The great value of the experience was that i could experiment the projection's feelings , so i know personnaly that Astral Projection is real...so i don't have doubts in my practice

Sorry for all the questions.

Thanks

 - Thats good. I heard some people do.

2) Did you think it was mostly an hallucination or was it more AP?
for the "mexican landscape and peoples" i don't know, but the rest was obviously an AP
  - Because of the landscape, which is obviously different that Japan's landscape....it appears its an hallucination.

3) Can you contrast/compare an AP with a hallucination?

  - Only you can compare your AP experiences to an herbal-induced hallucination.  APs without the additive effects appear to me to be more controlling - they respond to my will. I guess an hallucination is more like an observer going along for the ride. You aren't in conrol.

4) Did you feel your upper astral body move through your physical form? If so, what sensation did you feel?
I felt that. But how to describe it ?!
   - Remember what its like when you've reclined in a hot tube/bathtub. Your arms are underwater for 30+ min then you slowly allow them to rise up through the water and when the skin on your arm come in contact with cool external air, it has an immediate sensation - a tingling feeling, as though the electrons in the air are exploding on the surface of your skin.  Well, thats what its like for me when I exit. I feel the astral body rise up, sometime upper body first, sometimes, feet and legs first - as it rises through the physical, I feel the electrons in the air, from dust, etc. come into contact with the astral energy, resulting in a tingling sensation.

5) What did the person at your feet look like? Male, Female.
hm, i felt it was a male person
   - The person at your feet is interesting. There are spirit guides around us all the time.  Maybe it was a guide.  If so, ask them questions, push them for answers.  Show them you are lucid and want to establish a relation. They can give you a lot of information - I'm told.

6) What was he/she doing?
i really don't know
  - Was she looking at you? Reading your journal? Tying your shoes laces in knots? Was she/he on the same wave/frequency as you?

7) Did he/she know you were observing him/her?
Yes, nobody tried to hide, on the contrary
  -  Why didn't you press for an introduction?

8) Do you recommend others try this stuff it?
No, because nobody knows how you can react with Salvia Divinorum
  - I've never done it.
  - I do think about it.
  - Did you have a hang-over?

9) Do you think its addicting?
Absolutely NOT ADDICTIVE[|)]
  - I read that's its not.

10)Is it a hallucinagenic drug?
YES !!!
  - ok.

-hmm...is phasing an hallucination ? it could have been an astral worl, not necessary the real time zone

3) Can you contrast/compare an AP with a hallucination?

-see what you mean ! I looked exactly like that !

5) What did the person at your feet look like? Male, Female.
hm, i felt it was a male person

-I felt that the most "proeminen" person was the old woman behind me, i elt it was the "spirit" of Salvia Divinorum
6) What was he/she doing?
i really don't know
  - Was she looking at you? Reading your journal? Tying your shoes laces in knots? Was she/he on the same wave/frequency as you? I was on the same "frequency", but i'm not exactly sure of what was doing this person, he was touching my feet, that is all i'm sure

7) Did he/she know you were observing him/her?
Yes, nobody tried to hide, on the contrary
  -  Why didn't you press for an introduction?
- not enough time and i was too AMAZED !!! hehe

8) Do you recommend others try this stuff it?
No, because nobody knows how you can react with Salvia Divinorum
  - I've never done it.
  - I do think about it.
  - Did you have a hang-over?
- i was a little letargic during 3-5 minutes after, but that's all, i could start making dinner after that...my state returned 100% normal very quickly

Sorry for all the questions.
- your welcome. [|)]

I will not try here to explain what is this plant, too long and complicate ! Here is a link for you to collect some of the most accurate and advanced informations on the subject: www.sagewisdom.org
That being said, i wanted to relate a little experience of projecting with Salvia. It happened this year and was the further i ever been in projecting (wich is not a lot as you will see).
It was the first time i tried to use and meet Salvia, after eading infos, reports etc...i thinked it was time to try.
I start with ridiculous amounts in my pipe, to start safely, accustomize myself to the effects and avoid confusion...but it was confusing !
Finally i reach the good dosage and lay on my bed, eyes closed.
I feel the presence of someone behind me, an old lady in black clothing (i knew how she looked even without seeing her directly).
At this point my conscious was "normal" like in everyday life.
Subitely i could hear little birds singing (from my flat in Tokyo, the only birds i can hear are crows, so it was a good change), the sound of running water like a little river.
I felt "physically" that i was in North America, it could be in Arizona, Texas or Mexique...anyway a desert place, with a property who looked like a ranch or something...i felt they were people waiting for me and encouraging me to come. I must precise that all those things weren't visual but only "body informations", like if i "saw" with my body. I detected another presence at my feet. A very little man doing something with my feet. And then big surprise, i felt pulled softly but firmly out of my body, the upper half of my body sat but the rest (legs) didn't moved at all. Needless to say that i was soo happy to experiment this ! But then the experience stopped subitely and everyday "reality" was back. The whole thing lasted 5-6 minutes, aproximatively...
Weird ! I didn't looked for an out of body experience at this moment and to be honest, it was for a long time that i didn't thinked about AP...so i went on internet and found this site...[|)]
I wanted to know if some of you had similar experience with Salvia Divinorum. And of course, i wanted to inform you that there is a plant which makes Astral projecting (it is in fact very common with this plant as you can see, reading "trip reports")...
Sorry for the long and full of mistakes post...[:I]
