Saw myself in my AP this morning

I woke up slightly early this morning so decided to try for an AP. So I exited successfully and left my bedroom, went into my attic and came back down the stairs as I was coming down the stairs I saw myself leaving my bedroom. I was proper freaked out! And I woke up!

Has anyone had similar experiences? What does it mean?

unless you sleep walk, or you can put your body on auto pilot, i'd say that was an entity trying to be you, or another you from an alternate universe, people do run into their doppelgangers. its normal sight seeing in the astral to see stuff like that, but I must ask why were you in your attic, the lack of detail there has me curious. I haven't ran into my self yet.....wait a min I have in a lucid dream and it was an alien version of me, and I have ran into entities trying to pass themselves off as my siblings or something other, but I always see thru it, cause its always something off in their transformation.
