Wow! what could this experience have been?

I was woken in the middle of the night by a text from my mobile phone. I think i was in Sleep Paralysis Mode but i didnt check at the time becase i was in some trance!

I kept thinking that"i was everything, the universe is actually ME" and when i did this I got an overwhelimg fealing of joy and excitement, and possibily detatchment(not sure becase i was feeling many things). Also, while doing this i think i remember seeing many stars, like i was floating in out of space. and in the centre a galaxy shaped light.

I did this a couple of times before i came back to normal. then i got out of bed and checked my phone.

An very strange experience !! I'm stumped!
