Hello All

Last night's experience follows.

____________________________________________________________

I awoke.  I was restless and as per usual decided to lie on my back with my arms over my head and relax, knowing that if I couldn't sleep, at least I was resting.

I think I "blinked out" a couple of times, but the next thing I notice is that my whole body is stretching in a nice, pleasant way.  I am fully awake and alert again and I relax my whole being into this expanding sensation.  I note that as I relax, I expand even more.  After a few moments, I realise that my second body is moving away, head first, horizontally.

As I move, I place the intent to visit Frank.  I also place a strong intent to stay with the movement, as I'm very prone to "losing it" when I feel anything like speed.

I managed to mentally stay with the movement and suddenly throughout the darkness, I spot this "thing" suspended in the blackness.

This "thing" is a stone structure, seemingly make of grey slightly rough stonework, reminding me of a pebble.  However, its size is the size of a room, the depth about 5ft deep.  It's big.

The shape on the outside is round, but the shape within is a star shape.  It is like a typical astral doorway.

As I spot it, I want to move towards it, and as I have this thought, I do so move towards it.  I pass through it, touching its sides to keep me lucid (knightlight!) and also to feel its surface, which does actually remind me of touching a pebble.

I am through and continue moving through the darkness.  Again, time passes and I have possibly blinked out again.  I come across another structure, very similar to the first one, however this one is hexagonal, and more complex.  I go through this one, and as I do, I place another firm intent that I want to visit Frank.

Now I am at a construction site.  There are two men with hard hats on getting on with their business.  I tell them that I am here to see Frank.  They look at me a bit puzzled, so I give them Frank's second name and one of them says, "Oh yes, I know who you mean, I'll take you to see him."

All the while we are talking, I am hanging onto objects to keep me lucid (knightlight!!!!).

Then the chap who has been talking to me plops a hard hat onto my head, as we are obviously going to go elsewhere to find Frank, and the sudden surprise/shock this gives me brings me back to the physical with a start.

_________________________________________________________

Bummer.  I'll find him.  One day.

My main reason for posting this is to see if anyone else has experienced the stone doorways.  They seemed to be F3, whereas my construction experience could well have been F2.

Wow crazy experience!

I know that feeling of hanging on to lucidity. Its like at any moment you can float away into a dream. Im sure control comes with practice.

Keep us updated on the hunt, i know frank could probably use some help where he may be.

Why are you searching for Frank?

I assume it is known that Frank is lost in the "we are not in Kansas anymore" sense of the word?

And maybe Frank is happy where he is and does not want to be found...

Hi interception

I thought it might be an interesting experiment.

Or to put it another way, "why not?"

Sweet Sarah!  Glad to see my approach is working nicely for you.  I havent had much luck lately but it happens.  Keep us posted.

Interesting experience, Sarah.    I wonder where Frank is. I wouldn't have imagined he would be at a construction site.

Frank owes people money...believe me if he thought it was appropriate to tell everyone what was going on he would. Hes not a scam artist, hes not in some kind of coma in the astral, hes probably just sick. Im sure he'll be back

Now, it would be technically possible to seek out one of franks focuses because we inhabit every area of consciousness already. but that doesnt mean frank will give himself an objective knowing of your contact with one of his non physical focuses. But it is more than possible.

That's interesting because I have been having a LOT of RTZ experiences recently. As you know this has never really been my thing but I've been practising stepping into Focus 2, and then detuning my awareness to take a step "back" into the wider physical. Mainly just for research for the book. It's not my thing but other people may want to know and all that. So anyway I've been zooming around all over the place. I don't recall any meeting between us but, then again, I've got so many aspects of me milling about here, there and everywhere it's unreal. I step into Focus 2 and I'm surrounded by me. :)

Yours,
Frank

So even if you DO meet "frank" make sure its OUR frank and not some weird bizarro-frank from another focus!

I hope you are right... about him coming back. I might not buy into the way some people treat the man (like some sort of demigod of metaphysics or something), but like many others I do find his theories and experiences fascinating.

Hmmm yes. I actually understood that. Thanks for that Ben K.

Gandalf

I became lucid last night during a dream and placed intent to find Frank.

I became aware of a big room with rows of large screens on one wall, each with a different scene and location playing out on it; they were all 3d however and may be the same type of 'astral screens' I come across in other states.

Anyway, official looking people seemed to be moving around in front of them and so i asked if anyone had seen Frank. One replied, 'Frank who?'
I said, oh 'Frank Kepple' and someone said, 'oh i know who you mean, yeah I can help'. Right away I was drawn to one of the screens but then I woke up........grrrrrrr!

The search continues!

I wonder what these people do when we wake up. lol

One minute, they are talking to us, or showing something, and we just disappear. hahaha It's happened to me, probably has happened to everybody. :)

Doug - nice work!  It sounds very similar to my experience.

I wonder if Frank is out there, laughing at us all, knowing that when we get anywhere near him, he asks his non-physical friends to zap us back.  I wouldn't put it past him...

I've thought about this quite a lot.  I wonder if we are "ghosts" to them, but instead of using the word ghosts, they go around the following day telling their mates this:-

"I saw one of them 'humans' yesterday."

"Never?!"

"I did, it was floating around, looking all wispy.  It was concentrating, trying to tell me something, going on about some chap called Frank."

"What did you do?"

"Well, I thought I'd better humour it, after all you never know what these things are capable of.  I told it I'd take it to see Frank - and then it disappeared right before my eyes.  Upon my word, I'm telling the truth."

Never take things at face value

The construction site could be construed as many different things.  Let's use the example that Frank is not well.

The site may be my interpretation of Frank "repairing" himself (i.e. recovering from some illness), sort of rebuilding himself.

Or, another example, Frank has moved onto new things.  The site is my interpretation of him starting his own business, building a new life for himself, etc etc.

There are many ways to look at what seems a "mundane" experience.  I'm always looking at things from all angles - it's definitely worth spending a bit of time doing this - you never know what might jump out at you.
