You don't need to fear sleep paralysis, it's a good sign of progress.
If you want out of paralysis, concentrate on wiggling your big toe. It works in about 30 seconds every time for me.
But you might want to ride it out, just to get used to the sensations.
At beginning I was fearing them but with experience I know they are no danger and now I like the feelings of it , the feeling of trying to move to get out of sleep.
When you are in paralysis, relax. After a few long breathes to clear any fear, attempt to wiggle your big toe. Use body awareness and focus on that big toe until you finally move it. After moving it, you will find your foot wake up, and then the rest of your body.
If you are in sleep paralysis, you can also try a projection technique because for some people it works as a stepping stone.
