First spontaneous OBE + my day in downtown

Four days ago I first visited AstralPulse and it got me in a spiritual mood, that night after a late workout I couldnt sleep and I meditated. I came to an answer to a very important personal matter and as soon as I grokked http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_big.gif" border=0>
it I went into a spontaneous OOBE ( with fast fluttering eyelids, does that happen to anyone else? ). It was probably like a dream level, I saw this artist and I wasnt sure if he was alive ( probably dead, I wouldnt have doubts if he was alive) he was seated in front of a painting of something purple, he had a short beard and some sort of box to the right behind him.
After that I went to some locations for a short time, I couldnt get back in my body ( and I was paralyzed ). The best thing is that I dindnt lose my cool http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_cool.gif" border=0>
because I heard it was normal.

The day after I got a surge of inspiration to write poetry in the middle of the night ( its been a couple of years ).

Yesterday I was walking( chilling http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_big.gif" border=0> ) in downtown Toronto ( which by the way you must visit because its the best city ) and I did the enery raising thingy, and I tried to get into something like an alternate overlapping reality
( dont ask ) and drift into a place where I would have fun. The weird thing
was that I did go into many fun places and I met this man that just had a very interesting and polite "air" and behaviour aroud him ( could this be a waking/physical world guide ? http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile.gif" border=0> )
Basically this is really interesting for me because its literal solid proof that your
intention will get you where you want to go.

P.S.
Any spiritual lessons that I learn lose their ....impact the day after
and while this is better than forgetting them it does make me doubt
whether I'm going to follow those lessons...
