Finding my guide in the Astral...

Hello Everybody

I Am new here, But have been Astral projecting since the age 19.
My problem is that i cant seem to find my Guide. Every time I'm in the Astral i walk and fly around trying SO hard to find my higerself or guide, But with no luck. Its strange, I meet alot of people in the Astral, But they
never seem to know anything about guides or me ? They just go about there business. These people don't seem to have a Glue too what I'm asking them
So after 10yrs of Astral projecting i find myself Stuck

Any ideas and or advise on this matter will be greatly appreciated as i relay don't understand why its so difficult for me to locate my guide/higerself.

I don't know about your guides. I personally don't think they exist, but that's just me.

What is this business these people you meet go about doing? I mean, what do they do with themselves each day?

Hi alu, welcome. Sorry, cant help you with your questoin. I wouldnt have a clue. Though I do believe guides exist *shrugs*. Have you checked the FAQ section?

next time you're in the astral, say loudly and firmly:

"I want to meet my spirit guide"

he/she should appear to you then.

So when a helper or another entity communicates to us via thought, how do we know they actually are? Do we actually hear it in our heads, or is there ambiguity because we can only sense what they might be saying?

If someone speaks to me by mouth, I know they are speaking to me. If someone communicates by thought in the AP, will I know they are speaking to me (or does it take intuition)?
