Hi All,
I had another opportunity to have an Oobe this morning but decided to abort it half way through, it seems like a silly thing to have done now but at the time I thought it was for the best.

This experience started at what felt like a few minutes prior to 0417Hrs, this being the time I saw on my bedside clock immediately after the experience ended.

It all started with an aural dream, something that is very strange for me as all of my dreams are always accompanied by visions of some type.

I could hear the voice of an American male his age I would guess from his voice would have been between 25 to 40 years old, he sounded as if he were a commentator, newsreader or narrator of some sort, he proceeded to speak the following.

"Osama Bin Laden has been captured, some of our toughest people have cracked under the strain of this experiment. (by this I seemed to know that he meant some kind of experiments to do with the soul or spirit using psychics or remote viewers), a mother..."

That was the last thing I heard before the vibrations started, they started in the centre of my body slowly spreading out, I had a little energy activity in my head and was aware afterwards of the tone in the background (Chakra tone?).

After having the vibrations and already experiencing an oobe not so long ago I knew that I could have left my body if I wished too, this time though I decided to abort as the auditory dream had had slightly negative overtones and it just didn't feel like a good idea to continue.

I remember nothing that could have influenced this aural experience such as watching the news etc before going to bed.

A few interesting things I noted about this were that normally I try and eat early in the evening as I have heard that eating late at night isn't very helpful if you are trying to oobe, but last night I ate quite heavily about one hour before going to sleep.

I also noted that the Moon has just started it's Waxing phase, the last time I experienced an oobe was also in this phase (I keep a chart to note oobe occurrences against the phases of the moon), I did not experience any oobe's or vibrations in the waning part of the Moon's cycle this month.

Thanks for listening

S
