Interesting coundown countup efect

Hi! Last evening when i went to bed I tried a Star wars jedi meditation for leaving the body(I know it's fantasy movie but anyways)So it says that when one is calm enough and begins to count up and imagine the numbers he will be out of his body at the count of seven.So I got relaxed and began to count up-and here's the funny part-as I counted 1 a motor like sound filled my head,and as i counted up the sound kept getting  stronger and faster!When I paused the count the sound didn't change at all,but as I began to count down,the sound began to get weaker and at 0 it was fully gone!i think that this thing might has something in common with AP after all what will you say?
